My Happiness Manifesto

Many years ago the list below was quite long. The life is an overwhelming process of transformation… now the list is simple:

  1. Wake, stretch, work out and shower 
  2. Coffee, fruit, veggies and chocolates!! (yes in that order… plus wine, cheese and bread.  Ocasionally, tequila of course!)
  3. Hug and kiss my  daughters many times a day.
